TSB Bank in the UK deployed the Cogo app to empower their customers and employees to measure, improve and compensate for their impact on people and the planet. Taking real action to tackle climate change every time they spend.
The app shows their customers how they can make easy, positive changes to their lifestyle to help lower their carbon footprint and offset the rest, while we provide user-data secure insights on customers collective impact.
Leading UK bank Santander used Cogo’s White Label solution and deployed it as a pilot to introduce their retail customers to personalised real-time carbon footprinting. They wanted to test how their customers engaged with their footprints and whether they were influenced to reduce their impacts.
A UK banking first delivered in partnership with carbon tracking expert Cogo to allow customers to see the CO2 emissions associated with their daily spending, as well as providing hints and tips on how to go greener.
Insights from the pilot showed the average user saved approximately 11kg of CO2 emissions per month by committing to behavioural changes that used less carbon – such as composting, reducing meat consumption, or switching utilities providers.
The White Label solution is ready to go with minimal customisation, allowing you to easily roll out real-time carbon footprinting to your customers.
Your customers are recognised for efforts they are taking to reduce their footprint and get personalised 'nudges' on additional actions they could take.
Cogo provides regular updates on aggregated customer data to measure engagement, impact and behaviour change.
